When should I RSVP by?

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be outside. The reception will be indoors.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The Ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. Please arrive no later than 4:30pm to find your seat and get comfortable.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary Valet parking available at the venue.

Are there hotel room blocks available for guests?

Answer

Sadly, no. Due to the MLB Spring Training games in the area, the hotels will not offer room blocks. We recommend booking a hotel as early as possible.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options available?

Yes, of course. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or preferences as soon as possible so we can accommodate to the best of our ability.
