JULY 1st!!!
We will have a shuttle running from the Holiday Inn and other hotels nearby to the venue from 2:00pm-4:00pm. Then we will have the shuttle at night to bring you back to your hotels. The shuttle will only run for the 3hours at night, 10:30-12:30! Please be on the lookout for the shuttle as times may vary. Shuttle rides are out for wedding day!! They will be stopping at Holiday inn pick up time- 3pm and 3:45pm Carlos state park pick up- 2:30pm only at main office Fairfield pick ups- 3:05pm and 3:50pm Then evening shuttle back to any place needed they run from 10-12am or as needed! If there is a place people are staying that need a ride please please let us know ASAP Hope this all makes sense!!
No there is not! Dress the best for the weather. In August it is usually very hot!!!
There is not AC, the ceremony is held outside. The barn where the reception is has giant ceiling fans but no AC.
Yes! You are able to keep your car at the venue over night, just needs to be picked up in the morning after! This way you are able to use the shuttles and get to your destination safely after having some fun;)! There is no sleeping in your vehicle (the vendor owner will be checking after the wedding).
If they are not on the RSVP list, then kindly they are not invited. This is due to the limited space we have. But if your child is invited just please know our venue requires ALL children to be supervised. Thank you!
If it was not put on your RSVP page, then sadly no. We had to cut our guest list down already, otherwise we would of loved for it to go the way we desperately wanted. We are still very excited to celebrate with you all!!
Unfortunately a lot of the hotels and resorts do not block off rooms in the summer time in Alexandria. The only 2 places we got a discount rate at are arrowwood resort and Holiday inn. But there are lots of local places to stay, please visit the travel tab.
Of course! Plenty of snacks will be provided!!!!
Anywhere from 45-15min before the ceremony. Or if you are taking the shuttle whenever you are dropped off by him.
