Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We request semi-formal to formal attire. For men this could mean khakis, black pants, a button up, a jacket, a sports coat, or even a suit. For women this could mean dresses, slacks, heels, nice shoes, skirts, or blouses. However, regardless of whatever you wear - we just want you there on our special day! Keep in mind we will be outside and on grass for the ceremony.

Will we be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Butterfly Pavilion is a very unique venue! While there is a cover over the pavilion we will technically be outside the entire night. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held completely outdoors and the dinner and reception will be under the pavilion. If the weather is cold or rainy, we will be able to close the pavilions curtains and we also have access to heaters. There will also be fire pits at the reception!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes. Beer and wine!

Is this a child friendly event?

Answer

Yes! However, you're more than welcome to make this a date night or parent's night out! There will be alcohol, dancing, and loud music. We also ask that if there are any disruptions during the ceremony that you kindly move towards the pavilion away from the ceremony.

Is there parking?

Answer

The Butterfly Pavilion has a large parking lot right when you pull in! There will even be golf carts in case you need help coming from your car to the pavilion.
