Dinosaur Ridge Trailhead

This is a fun (and free!) walk to see fossils right on the side of the road! Alyssa brings nearly every visitor to Colorado here.
Brainard Lake Recreation Area
Brainard Lake Road, Ward, CO 80481
This is one of the most stunning places in Colorado. Make sure to make a reservation if you're planning to visit--if you have an America the Beautiful parks pass, your entry is free. Bring a camera!
