When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know if you can join us by May 1st, 2026. If you are unable to confirm your attendance by this date, we may not be able to accommodate you due to the size of the ballroom. We appreciate your understanding.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

We are so grateful for your presence in the celebration of our love, but we do not have a wedding registry. If you would like, we would greatly appreciate if you can contribute to our honeymoon fund.

What's the closest airport?

Answer

For our out-of-town guests, the closest airport would be the Honolulu Airport (HNL, Daniel K. Inouye International Airport). Waikiki is about a 20 minute drive from the airport.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors to the ballroom will open at 4:00pm and will close at 4:30pm. After the ceremony, doors will reopen at 5:00pm. If you plan on attending the ceremony, please arrive by 4:00pm to allow enough time to check-in at reception.

Is the wedding outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held inside the ballroom. The buffet line will be located in the foyer outside.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love if everyone showed up in aloha attire, but semi-formal attire is also welcome. Please, no shorts or slippers, thank you!

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there is parking in the structure at the Japanese Cultural Center. However, parking is $8 per car, so we recommend carpooling to the venue. Please take an Uber or Lyft if you plan on drinking at the event, we want you to get home safe!
