You can click the link for the RSVP page on our website at any time. We will include a paper RSVP with the formal invitations if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us!
If you do not RSVP by May 24, 2026, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs. (This will mean there will be no seating, food or drink accommodations for you)
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "attending", but find tat you will not make it, please notify the bride or groom directly as soon as you are aware.
Both events are NOT being held in the same location. The ceremony is held at the Nachbur Family home and the reception is held at KVCC. The addresses for each event are printed on the formal invitations. Transportation is available to guests from ceremony to reception. Please see the section on transportation info below for details.
A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invitation. With the ceremony venue being separate than the parking location ( see "Where Should I Park?" for info) we ask that all guests arrive NO LATER THAN 1 HOUR before the ceremony starts as the last shuttle will run at 3:00 PM to bring you to the ceremony. You may arrive as early as 2:00 PM and it will give you plenty of time to get up to the ceremony, sign the guest book, and find your seat. If you arrive at the parking location after the last shuttle has run, you will be asked to wait at the reception area until the ceremony is complete.
Due to parking limitations at the ceremony location we ask that all guests park at the reception location and use available transportation to the ceremony location. This also insures guests will have their vehicles near by at the end of the reception. THERE IS A MAP OF PARKING ON THE GALLERY PAGE OF THE WEBSITE
Of course! We have booked a shuttle to bring guests from the parking location (reception venue) to the ceremony venue. Guests will then take the same shuttle back to the reception venue after the ceremony is finished and can leave in their own vehicles at the end of the evening.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors! The reception will be under a tent with flooring, however, the tent will be in a field so we ask that our guests consider this while picking out shoe options. (We strongly recommend avoiding slim heeled shoes for women to avoid sinking into the grass)
We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting garden formal dress code for the event. For men, this means suits, or button down shirts and dress pants with a tie or bow tie of garden colors. For women, floor-length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits are appropriate with garden colors/prints. We encourage everyone to dress to impress while keeping in mind the outdoor venue and weather. Please see the "Gallery" page of our website for inspiration.
As our color theme is "wildflowers" we encourage as many different colors/patterns as possible. However, we would appreciate our guests avoiding any dark or deep tones (i.e. navy blue, deep purples, burgundies, etc.) as well as any colors traditionally reserved for the bride (i.e. ivory, white, creams). Please see the "Gallery" page of our website for inspiration.
Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP section of the website.
We love your little ones, we really do! However we respectfully request no little ones on this night with the exception of those with children addressed on formal invitations.
Yes! There will be a link to our online registry on our website. However, if you would like to bring a gift in person there will be space near the guest book area at the entrance of the ceremony venue.
