What airport should we fly into?

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is black tie. Men are requested to wear a tuxedo. Women are requested to wear a formal evening gown. Friday night is casual beach cocktail attire. Men: collared shirts & Women: dresses The event will take place on the sand so be prepared to kick your shoes off once you arrive to the beach.

Is there a hotel block?

We have plenty of hotel blocks within 10 mins of the Ritz, Naples. Be sure to check out our Travel & Accommodation section, and make sure to book before the cut off date in October 2024.

Do guests staying at The Ritz Carlton Tiburon have access to The Ritz Carlton Naples and vice versa?
Answer
Yes. Guests staying at the golf resort will have access to the beach resort and vice versa. There is a complimentary shuttle that is offered between the two resorts. The wedding weekend events will be happening at the beach resort.

Is there a welcome party?

Yes! We are so excited to greet guests coming from near and far. There will be a welcome party on Friday November 22nd at The Ritz Carlton, Naples Beach Resort from 5 - 8 pm. The Welcome Party will take place on the beach. Bites & drinks will be served. Dress Code: Resort Chic

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony which is to begin at 4:30PM.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Yes, there is complimentary valet for all wedding guests.

How do I get to the venue?
Answer
There are plenty of Ubers in the Naples area, as well as complimentary valet parking for all wedding guests.

What should I do if I can’t make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
