Yes! We know it is going to be hot. The entire wedding, cocktail hour and reception will be in the shade.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding will be held outdoors on July 19th, and the venue includes grassy areas — so please dress comfortably and appropriately for the summer weather and terrain. For the guys: We’re going for a summer wedding casual look — polished but relaxed. Jeans or lightweight slacks are totally appropriate, especially paired with a button-down shirt or a nice polo. Cowboy boots or dressy shoes are welcome — just no athletic sneakers or shorts, please. Feel free to skip the tie or jacket unless you want to dress it up a little! For the ladies: Summer dresses are perfect — light, breezy, and festive. Consider wedges or flats since there will be grass (heels might sink!). Think casual but polished, and come ready to enjoy a beautiful summer evening outside. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM, so we recommend arriving by 5:30 PM to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in. We want everyone to be relaxed and ready when the celebration begins!

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! In order to keep the celebration intimate, we kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend. Thank you for understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Yes! We recommend staying at Rolling Hills Casino and Resort — it's comfortable, convenient, and just a short drive from the venue. For everyone’s safety, we kindly encourage guests to book a hotel room or plan ahead with a designated driver if you’ll be drinking. Let’s all celebrate responsibly and make it a night to remember — safely!
