Is the ceremony & reception at the same place?
Answer
Yes, everything is located at the same venue. Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at the Gardens. Please RSVP in relation to what you plan on being at.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive by 4:45pm. We will get started very shortly after.

Is the ceremony, cocktail hour, & reception indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outdoors, as long as weather permits. Cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors. Please be sure to dress accordingly.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We would like a "garden attire" (sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, polos/button ups, and/or something comfortable for outdoor heat). Please avoid athletic wear and shoes. No jeans please* but khakis or dress pants are acceptable.

Are children welcome?
Answer
As much as we adore your little ones, we would like this to be an adults-only occasion, with the exception of a few immediate family members. We hope this still allows you the chance to come celebrate with us. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring a date?

As much as we want everyone possible a part of our special day, the venue has limited spacing. Only the names listed on the RSVP are who should be attending. Thank you.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! There will be an open bar available with selections of liquor, beer, and wine. Soda and water will also be available. Outside alcohol is NOT allowed***.

What kind of food will be served?
Answer
During cocktail hour, there will be some handheld foods. There will also be chips and dip at each table. Dinner will be a mexican buffet with three meat choices (barbacoa, chicken, and steak) and multiple sides to choose from. Dessert will be a variety of treats! If you have dietary restrictions, be sure to include them in your RSVP so we can accomodate.
