Siena is likely Italy's loveliest medieval city, and a trip worth making even if you are in Tuscany for just a few days. ... The city sits over three hills with its heart the huge piazza del Campo, where the Roman forum used to be.

Montepulciano

20 minute drive to this Enchanted Hill Top city Medevial Renaissance hill town. If you like Copper, best shop in the world. BTW if you're a Twilight fan, New Moon was filmed here.. Bit of Trivia Alyssa and Gianna were both extras in that movie.. Look for the pretty girls in the red capes!
