What is the dress code?

Answer

We have no specific dress requirement! Come and be comfortable! It will not be a overly dressy black tie event. I won’t be upset if you want to wear sneakers with your collared shirt. :-) Just put your party pants on for mingling and dancing!

Is this event kid friendly?

The event is only kid friendly for those out of state guests for their convenience! For our locals, please schedule your sitters as needed.

What are some other hotels in the area?

A couple other great (more affordable) hotels in the downtown area are: - Aloft Tampa Downtown, 100 W Kennedy Blvd, Tampa FL - Sheraton Tampa Riverwalk Hotel, 200 N Ashley Dr., Tampa FL ***Or if you are staying a few extra days and could use a cabana bar and would prefer to wake up by the water and causeway beaches... you'd probably enjoy: - The Godfrey Hotel & Cabanas Tampa, 7700 W Courtney Campbell Causeway, Tampa FL

For those who aren’t done partying at 10 (noise ordinance shuts the reception dance down), the Epicurean has a roof top bar called Edge. We will likely head up there for more partying as they’re open until 1 am.

Can guests check into hotel rooms early? (Due to concerns that check in states 4pm, and our wedding ceremony starts at 4:30pm)

When you are booking, please click Choose Room Features, add “Early check in” and select an early anticipated arrival time below it (May be in military time so select 14:00 or 15:00 if so!) This request may not be guaranteed, but it gets you a better chance! Worst cast scenario, feel free to take advantage of cocktail hour between 5pm and 6pm to go back to your room and freshen up if need be!
