We met on Thursday, December 4th, 2014. Anthony had gone up to Eastern's campus with his cousin to be a nerd and play board games. Alyssa was going to the same event, also to be a nerd. They met and hit it off. They consider this night to be their first date.

Our first date went as follows... Everyone at the previously aforementioned nerd gathering decided to go to Tower Inn. Anthony, being the "smooth talker" he believes he is, invited Alyssa along (even though she was already going). They shared Tower's famous pepperoni breadsticks and the rest is history.

It was the best kept secret. Months of planning and plotting. A ring was purchased and a date was set. On the night of February 22nd, 2019, the night of the Sigma Pi Gamma Omega 50th Anniversary Orchid Ball, in what can only be described as a blur of a moment, everything changed. It was a simple plan, propose in the most obnoxiously public way possible. It was a plan that executed perfectly. First a phone call was made to Alyssa's sorority sisters and friends. Then it was to inform the brothers of Sigma Pi of Anthony's grand master plan. From there it was just sit and wait and keep the secret as best as possible. And when night came, Anthony went up to speak, and shortly after he brought a terrified and unsuspecting Alyssa up with him. I'm sure by now if you are reading this you have seen the video, a simple question "will you marry me?" and an answer we all knew would come but were still very happy to hear. SHE SAID YES! That night was full of happy tears and lots and lots of drinks. But it was a night that will never be forgotten.
