A trip to Oxford pretty much has to start with Ole Miss. Take a walk through the Grove (especially if you’ve never seen it before), check out the Walk of Champions where we kicked off every home game, and wander around campus to take in the architecture and scenery.
The Square is where you’ll probably end up more than once while you’re in town. It’s full of great restaurants, local shops, and bars, and it’s an easy place to walk around, grab a drink, or just hang out for a bit. Whether it’s your first time in Oxford or you’ve been before, the Square always feels lively and welcoming.
Rowan Oak is William Faulkner’s former home and one of the quieter, more peaceful spots in Oxford. It’s just outside of town and perfect if you want a break from the Square. The house and surrounding grounds are beautiful, and it’s a really nice place to slow down and explore for a bit.
