Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Pending weather conditions, join us lake side for the ceremony! Following the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors and under a covered deck.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Anywhere between formal and cocktail is fine! We suggest midi or long dresses for the women and suits or button down shirts for the men.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to allow time to find seating. If you are coming from the hotel there will be transportation provided.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We have scheduled transportation to and from the hotel for your convenience! There will be 2 buses available. They will be leaving The Courtyard Marriott at 4:00PM and 4:15PM and leaving Springhill Suites at 4:15. At the end of the evening they will be leaving to head back to the hotels at 11:00.

Does the venue have parking?

Yes! There is plenty of complementary parking at the venue.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To keep our wedding intimate, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitations. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Although we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event.

What are your wedding colors?

Answer

The bridesmaids will be in light blue and the groomsmen will be in light gray.

Where can I stay?

Answer

We have booked a hotel block nearby at The Courtyard Hartford Cromwell and The Springhill Suites Cromwell for Thursday and Friday night. We will have transportation scheduled to and from the hotel. Pop over to the "travel" tab to see more specific details!

I have a dietary restriction/allergies. Can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, when you RSVP please include any dietary restrictions so we can speak with our chef. We will have a vegan and gluten free meal option to help accommodate all guests.
