Traveling to New York

To travel to Long Island from the following airports: 1. JFK a. Rent a car and drive b. Take the JFK AirTrain to Jamaica Station. After, get on the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) to Ronkonkoma (Ronkonkoma Line). We'd suggest renting a car if possible to go out and explore! The Ronkonkoma train station is 20 minutes from Riverhead and 40 minutes from Greenport. Please note: sometimes you can time it right and transfer from Ronkonkoma to Greenport. We recommend downloading the MTA Traintime app for up to date train times. c. From the airport, uber to the Hampton Jitney's Queens Airport Connection stop in Fresh Meadows, Queens. After, you can take the bus Eastbound to the appropriate stop on the North Fork Line (i.e., Riverhead or Greenport) and uber to your hotel. 2. Long Island MacArthur Airport a. Rent a car and drive. MacArthur is a 30 minutes drive from Riverhead and an hour from Greenport. b. Uber to the Hampton Jitney Islip stop and take the North Fork line Eastbound to Riverhead or Greenport. 3. LGA a. Rent a car and drive b. From the airport, uber to the Hampton Jitney's Queens Airport Connection stop in Fresh Meadows, Queens. After, you can take the bus Eastbound to the appropriate stop on the North Fork Line (i.e., Riverhead or Greenport) and uber to your hotel. 2. Long Island MacArthur Airport a. Rent a car and drive. MacArthur is a 30 minutes drive from Riverhead and an hour from Greenport. b. From the airport, uber to the Hampton Jitney's Queens Airport Connection stop in Fresh Meadows, Queens.
