Sometimes, love finds you when you least expect it. For us, it all started with a swipe in 2020. We were living in different cities and by pure chance we were both in Katy for the holidays with our location settings just right. Coincidence or fate?
We messaged back and forth, and in January, we met for our very first date: mini golf (can you guess who won?) followed by tacos and margs. It felt like we had known each other longer than one date.
Over the next few years, we navigated long-distance life. It wasn’t always easy, but we made it work. Every challenge just brought us closer.
Then came the proposal. Zach recreated our very first three dates, one by one. On the “fourth” date, after a visit to an art museum in Houston, we went to Galveston. Zach got down on one knee at the beach where he asked the question and she said yes!
Our story has been full of serendipity, strength, and love – we can’t wait to begin the next chapter together and we’re so excited to share it with you!
