Our story
Our story started in 2020. One day, I swiped right on a picture of a dog. Little did I know that dog, Buddy, would lead me to the love of my life.
That same night, we exchanged numbers and instantly clicked. We talked on the phone every day. Because of COVID, it took weeks before we could meet in person. On our first date, we made homemade pizza and took a walk through the neighborhood. During that walk, Michael nervously asked me to be his girlfriend, and I happily said yes.
Four years later, Michael planned a trip to Gatlinburg, Tennessee. I suspected a proposal might happen, but by the last day, I had given up hope. As we drove through the Smoky Mountains, I even checked his pockets for a ring—but found nothing! Later, Michael asked me to turn around for a picture. When I turned back around, he was down on one knee asking me to marry him. Of course, I said yes!
Now we're counting down the days until we become husband and wife and can't wait to celebrate with family and friends.
