What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5pm. Guests are recommended to arrive between 4:30pm-4:45pm, with seats taken by 4:50pm.

What is the attire for guests?

Answer

Attire is semi-formal.

Are masks required?

Answer

Per current guidelines - masks will be required during the ceremony for guests, when walking into and around the venue (bathroom, up to the bar, etc). Masks will not be required when actively eating, drinking, or dancing.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

yes - plenty of parking on-site!

Can I leave my car at the venue over night?

Answer

Yes - you can leave your car parked at the venue over night but you must pick it up before 11:00am the following day (Saturday, May 22, 2021).

Can I bring my child/children to the wedding?

Answer

While we love children, this is a child free wedding - with the exception of the flower girls & ring bearers.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unless your invitation specially included a plus one, please do not bring an extra guest. Due to Covid-19 our guest list has been extremely limited/reduced.

Do I have to formally RSVP?

Answer

Yes! Formal RSVP through Zola is required.

The hotel blocks are full, what should I do?

Answer

If the hotel block is full, you can still book at the hotels through their main website or any travel website you prefer - the group rate will just not be applicable. Additionally, there are countless hotels in this area, outside of the blocks for this wedding. Airbnb are also a great option!

Is transportation provided from my hotel to and from the venue?

Answer

No - transportation is not provided. Please consider Uber or Lyft!
