The space will be indoor/outdoor and is located less than a half mile away from our venue in San Clemente. After receiving your invite, please click the RSVP tab on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "attending" or “declining". Please RSVP before August 16th, 2025. All RSVPs received after this date will be marked as declining as we will be sending a final headcount to our vendors following this deadline.
Unfortunately, we can't accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow the people named on your invite. All invited members of your party will appear on the RSVP form, including the names of the children that have been invited.
Please arrive at 3:30pm as we will start the ceremony promptly at 4:00pm.
Get dressed up with us! Cocktail attire is encouraged. Most of the wedding will take place outside, so please keep in mind that while it may be warm for most of the day, it could cool down a bit in the evening. (Everything will be in grassy or paved areas, no beach or sand that you will need to prepare for - but we advise the gals to avoid any sort of stiletto heel!)
Both! Our wedding ceremony and a majority of the reception will be outdoors, however we will move inside in the evening for dancing and dessert.
If you are driving to the venue, metered parking is available in the adjacent lot and street surrounding the venue for $1.50/hour per car. There is limited free parking available in the residential areas on Calle Las Bolas, Calle Sacremento and Avenida Hacienda that are within walking distance to Ole Hanson Beach Club. However, we will have an open bar so we encourage guests to utilize Uber/Lyft or a walk from your hotel if you're close! :)
We will be enjoying a tray passed hors d'oeuvres as well as a buffet for dinner, so the staff can advise on what would be safe to eat! Any food restrictions or allergies can be shared on your RSVP for your main entree and accommodated for dinner.

The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception will all take place at Ole Hanson Beach Club! Following the ceremony, hors d'oeuvres will be served during the cocktail hour, dinner will take place during the reception, then we'll dance the night away!
