What should I wear to the Welcome Party?
Answer
The Welcome Party attire is pretty relaxed! For the ladies: Feel free to wear jeans and your favorite top, dress up some lululemon leggings, wear a dress, whatever you feel like. Be casual and comfy or dressed up- we're fine with either! Wear whatever shoes, not really any restrictions. For the guys: Wear pants, shorts, jeans, and whatever you feel like on top. Same as the ladies for shoes- no rules. *NOTE: the welcome party will be OUTSIDE at a rooftop bar

What should I wear to the wedding?
Answer
We’re going for your typical wedding attire, but how fancy you want to get is up to you! For the ladies: Wear a cocktail dress, sundress, pants suit, or if you want to go full on formal go for it. For the guys: Wear a suit, dressy pants, lululemon ABC pants, some kind of shirt with buttons on the front. Shoes: Heels, flats, Vans, cowboy boots, loafers, dress shoes… choose your own adventure. Feel free to pull an 'Aly' and bring sneakers or comfy shoes for dancing after the ceremony! If you’re still not sure, shoot us a text :) *NOTE: the wedding events will be INDOORS, with a cocktail party OUTSIDE as weather permits

Do I have to get out on the dance floor?

ABSOLUTELY!! Dancing is a requirement for sure. This is gonna be a party!

Where should I stay?
Answer
The wedding will be happening in Brenham, but Aly and Sierra will be staying in College Station (30-40 minute drive from Brenham). They chose to get a hotel block in College Station since there is more to do there. If you would prefer, you are more than welcome to get a hotel or Airbnb in College Station or closer to the wedding venue in Brenham.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 4:15pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
It was a tough decision to make, but Aly and Sierra have chosen not to have kiddos at this wedding outside of those in the wedding party and children under the age of 6 months.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking on site at the venue to the left as you pull in. There is also handicapped parking if you drive straight up just past the barn.

What kind of food will be served?
Answer
There will be a charcuterie spread during cocktail hour. Dinner will be Texas barbecue from Truth BBQ. There will be several different meats and sides to choose from. That meal will be followed by a white almond cake and ice cream.
