Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "the (Your Last Name) Family" if your children have been invited. "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited.

Can I bring a Guest/Date?

Answer

Your invitation will be made out to "Your Name" and "Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. We, unfortunately, cannot accommodate additional guests.

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal/cocktail attire. This event will be outdoors so be mindful of shoe/heel choice. Bring a light jacket or sweater as the evening cools down.

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date, it will be marked as "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to our rental company and vendors in the timely manner they have given us. Thank you for understanding.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

No we did not reserve a hotel block due to most of our guests live locally. However, there are two local hotels- The Best Western and Hampton Inn.

Question

Will there be transportation available?

Answer

There will be a bus picking up guests who will be staying at either hotel. The Best Western and Hampton Inn are right next to each other. The bus will pick guests up at approximately 4:40pm in between the two hotels. The bus will provide transportation back to hotel after reception at approximately 10:15.
