How do we reserve a hotel room?

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

There is street parking and a parking lot for the ceremony at the church for guests.

How do we transport from the church to the hotel/reception?

Answer

We ask that the guests drive themselves from the church to the hotel/reception. The hotel/cocktail hour/reception are all in the same hotel for your convenience! There is parking available at the Chubb Hotel and Conference Center for all guests.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know prior to May 1, 2019.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

During the time in between the ceremony and the cocktail hour, the hotel lobby bar is open for drinks (this is available whether you are staying at the hotel or not). There is also an outdoor sitting area with beautiful views of the golf course where you can relax!

Is there breakfast for the morning after the wedding?

Answer

If you stay at the Chubb Hotel, there is breakfast included in your room cost. A breakfast buffet will take place on the second floor of the hotel between 8am- 10am. Please join us!
