If you have been notified of a plus one, then you are allowed to bring a date along. If you were not notified that you have a plus one, then you cannot bring a date. We specifically notified our guests of a plus one through our Save the Dates.
Yes, in order to get entry to the clubhouse, men will need to wear pants (not jeans), and a button-up collared shirt. Women cannot wear hats or have short shorts. We recommend that you wear shoes that can walk over grass, as the ceremony will be outside on the green.
As much as we would like to have your children celebrating this day with us, we are not having children attending the wedding. The only children allowed at the wedding are those of close relation to the bride and groom or in the wedding itself.
Yes, there is a medium-sized lot in front of the clubhouse that guests can park at, as well as parking throughout the surrounding neighborhood.
The ceremony starts at 3:30 pm, so the recommended arrival time would be around 3 pm.
yes, if you need a special request made due to a food allergy you should text either Alyson or Ian directly, or reach out to someone who can get in touch with the bride and groom to let them know as soon as possible so that arrangements can be made.
There is no pre-determined transportation from the various hotels and resorts in the area around the venue to our ceremony.
