When we scheduled our wedding three years in advance, we thought we would have time to plan for anything that could come our way. As it turns out, not even David's public health training prepared our wedding for a pandemic, and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to postpone our reception. As we begin to see light at the end of the tunnel, and with the widespread availability of a couple very good vaccines, we believe that we can hold our wedding safely this summer. We are so excited to have the opportunity to see you again in person!
All guests will be required to be fully vaccinated to attend to keep everyone healthy. For more details on the precautions in place, please see the COVID-19 Precautions page.
The first time Alyson ever laid her eyes upon David, she decided he was too boring and recommended that he get rejected from being a resident assistant at Tufts. They hired him anyway! And two years later, they were assigned to work in the same dorm! The first time they met, Alyson passionately described how she worked all summer to promote the equal rights amendment. He knew she was someone special, and 10 years later, he still tends to think so.
When we first started dating almost 10 years ago, the first ever trip we took with each other was to Vermont and we absolutely loved it! We stayed at one of the most picturesque places we've ever seen- The Inn at Round Barn. When we came back 6 years later to look at wedding venues, it was perfect! We can't wait to share it and the adorable surrounding area with you!
