Should I bring cash?

Answer

Yes, please consider bringing cash to use as tip money for our amazing bartenders and shuttle driver.

What time does the wedding start?

Answer

The wedding will begin promptly at 4 PM. Please plan to arrive by 3:45 PM to find your seat.

Question

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Yes, the Shuttle will pick up guests from the Hilton Garden Inn at 3 PM so ensure they arrive on time for the 4 PM ceremony start. Then, the shuttle driver will make multiple trips between the Hilton and Protea throughout the night until about 10:45 PM.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Protea Weddings & Events 12088 S Hwy 475 Ocala FL 34480

What is the attire?

Answer

Black Tie Optional There will be some grassy areas so ladies be mindful of the heels you wear. Long dresses preferred. Dark colors approved!

Are children invited?

Answer

While we adore all of your little ones, our special day will be an Adults-Only occasion with few pre-determined exceptions. We appreciate your planning in advance to find childcare.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Our preferred hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn in Ocala, but guests are welcome to stay anywhere they like. The event venue is about 15 minutes South of the Hilton.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please contact Alysha or Robert before September 24th, 2025 to accommodate dietary restrictions.
