Question
Where is the wedding?
Answer
The address of our venue is located on the travel section of this website. Our actual wedding area at the Saratoga Springs Venue is called Cathedral Grove, please look for the signs - though there will be staff to direct you towards the correct venue :)
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins. We will ask that our guests kindly be seated at 450-455 pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm.

What should I wear? Any indoor areas?
Answer
Our dress code is: Semi-Formal/Cocktail attire: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. We want you to feel great and look great! Also however, weather is constantly changing and our venue is completely outdoors - we expect initial temperatures in the 80's but as the night goes on it can get down as low as mid 60's. Bring a light layer if needed (especially if you get cold easily) - we do have a few heat lamps and blankets to share however :)

Is parking available?
Answer
Yes, there is a lot of parking available on site - Saratoga Springs will have a few parking attendants that will be directing cars as well, but generally the lot is free for all. There will be another wedding at the adjacent space on site named Longbridge (our site is called Cathedral Grove - please follow the signs or you may be crashing someone else's wedding ;) The area can have slight hill/elevation changes, so be careful when walking over to our actual venue site :)

Do you have a registry?
Answer
We do not have a traditional gifts registry, however we do have a future/house building fund available on the registry page of our website :)

What's for dinner!?
Answer
Saratoga Springs will be providing all you can eat buffet style BBQ (chicken, salmon, beef are available) throughout the night so get your fill! All buffet items should have allergy information as well, but if there are any other questions please don't hesitate to ask staff at the venue.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Saratoga Springs provides unlimited fountain drinks, beer, & wine. Our venue does not allow for traditional hard alcohol but for specialty soju cocktails (including a mocktail!), we will have our Pour Girl bar service available from 6pm-9pm. We want everyone to have a great time but as always please remember not to drink and drive after celebrating with us. Saratoga Springs allows you to leave your car in their lot overnight and pick it up by 9am the following morning :)

Can I take photos?
Answer
Yes! BUT we kindly ask that you put away/silence all phones/cameras during our actual ceremony. At all other times through the night feel free to take photos at your leisure :)

Where are the bathrooms?
Answer
There is a small area called hilltop directly behind our wedding altar - a short staircase leads up to this fenced/grassy area with two large bathrooms. If these bathrooms happen to be fully occupied - there are bathrooms also closer to the parking lot entrance, though much farther of a walk.

Is there cell service?
Answer
Verizon is the only carrier that gets full service out here in the woods! Our venue Saratoga Springs does however provide free wifi (no password required)

Wait, do I have to dance?
Answer
YES! No just kidding :D, if you are shy we won't make you go on the dance floor - but after our first dance and the dance floor opens for the first song - we would personally love and invite all of our guests to join us at least for one song. Our DJ is awesome so please feel free to show us your moves! :D It's also not too late to provide us input on songs that make you feel the beat- text us your suggestions!
