There are three ways to get to Twisp, WA, coming from Seattle: 1) Take I90 to Cle Elum, go over Blewett Pass (US97) to Wenatchee, north along Columbia River until Pateros, head north onto US153 2) Take Highway 2 over Stevens pass to Wenatchee, north along Columbia River until Pateros, head north onto US153 3) Take North Cascade Highway (US20) until you show up in Twisp. Don't blink you might miss it. ***Most Scenic Option*** (Google maps is your friend)

Two shuttles will be running to make sure everyone arrives on time and gets home safely. Please read carefully to find your pickup window based on your location. 🚐 Shuttle #1: 29-Passenger Mini Bus For guests staying at: Methow River Lodge, Hotel Rio Vista, Winthrop KOA, and nearby accommodations Pick-Up Schedule 2:45 PM — Methow River Lodge 3:00 PM — Hotel Rio Vista 3:15 PM — Winthrop KOA 3:45 PM — Arrive at Casia Lodge 4:00 PM — Ceremony Begins Return Shuttle Service 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM — Ongoing shuttle service to Twisp, Winthrop & Sun Mountain Lodge 12:15 AM — Final shuttle departs venue 1:15 AM — All guests returned 🚌 Shuttle #2: 55-Passenger Motor Coach For guests staying at: Sun Mountain Lodge and Downtown Twisp (Twisp Tap House) Pick-Up Schedule 2:15 PM — Sun Mountain Lodge 3:00 PM — Arrive at Casia Lodge 3:15 PM — Driver loops to Downtown Twisp 3:25 PM — Twisp Tap House 3:45 PM — Arrive at Casia Lodge 4:00 PM — Ceremony Begins Return Shuttle Service 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM — Return trips to Twisp, Winthrop & Sun Mountain Lodge 10:00 PM — Final return trip for this bus 🚨 A Few Quick Notes: Please be ready and waiting 5 minutes before your pickup time.
