When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
Please submit your RSVP by August 1st with total guest count so seating chart can be arranged. Plus ones will pop up on your RSVP on this website. If you have any doubts, please don't hesitate to reach out to Alysa or Julian.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please plan to arrive by 5:30 PM to be on time for the ceremony at 6 PM. Note: There will be traffic on the 15 freeway the evening of our wedding. If you are running late, the express lane will lead you to the venue. You can take the express lane to the Cajalco Road exit and the venue exit will be about a mile after at exit 90 Weirick Road.

Are kids allowed?

Yes, absolutely! If the guest is under 21, please let Alysa know the number of attendees so she can accurately count the guest type.

What is cocktail formal attire?
Answer
We are aiming for a balance between formal and semi-formal. It is not as strict as a black tie event. For women, think mid to full length dresses, midi cocktail dresses, and chic jumpsuits. For men, a suit and tie or blazer and dress pants. Lastly, don't forget to bring your dancing shoes!

Is there going to be an open bar?
Answer
Drinks are on Koda! Should you need to leave your car at the wedding venue overnight, that is allowed! We encourage you to take an uber or hitch a ride to your hotel at the end of the night.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?
Answer
Our ceremony and reception will be outdoors, while the bar and buffet service is set up inside. Guests will have free access to indoors should you want to relax inside for a bit.

I have dietary restrictions. How should I go about meal service?
Answer
Meal service will be served via buffet so guests can decide what they would like to eat. If you have any specific accommodations that need to be made, please let Alysa and Julian know.

Will parking be available at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there is a full parking lot at the venue for guests. No shuttle service or valet needed.
