The ceremony and reception venues are a short driving distance apart. Since there will be a gap between the church ceremony and the reception, we understand guests may want to spend that time in different ways. To allow for maximum flexibility, we recommend guests use Uber or Lyft to easily get between the two venues. For those who are driving, parking is available at the Harvard Club for the reception, as well as plentiful parking around Harvard Square. Craving a more authentic Boston experience? Want to know what it feels like to be Sam and Alycia commuting to work? You could take the MBTA from the Harvard Station stop to Hynes Convention Center. You'll feel like a local in no time :)
Great Question! Welcome Party: This will be held on a covered, but open patio. A light layer is probably a good idea! Wedding Day: All events will be indoors, including the church ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.
