The Ceremony and Reception will be held on March 3rd, 2026, at this all-inclusive resort. ROOM COST: We have reserved a small block of Royal Elite rooms at the Resort, on a first come, first serve basis. The room cost is a flat fee starting at $375 for up to 7 nights and may increase the longer you wait to book. ALL INCLUSIVE FEES: In addition to the cost of the room, there is a daily fee that currently ranges from $122-$197 per person, depending on the room type and dates you choose. There is a family side and an adult only side, with the all-inclusive fees for the family side being less expensive. BOOKING: To reserve a room, you will need to reach out to Bella. You can then text about the details, or request to call. Please text “Ready to book” to (916) 430-2455. 15% of the all-inclusive fees will need to be paid in advance, along with room fee. The remainder will be due upon arrival at the resort. All kids (0-12) stay for free. Teens 13-17 will get 15% off the all-inclusive fee. Click the “View” link below for more info on room types BOOKING ON A THIRD-PARTY SITE: You can also book using any third-party method such as Expedia, however doing so will limit your access to specific pools, bars, and areas around the resort. Booking through a member will give you Royal Elite Status and full access. IMPORTANT: If booked separately, please text the confirmation info so we can add you to the wedding party with the wedding coordinator. (916) 430-2455 BOOKING A STAY OFF THE RESORT: If you decide you'd like to stay at a nearby hotel/resort, you will need to pay a $100/person Sandos Day Pass fee for the day of the wedding. As well as any other days you'd like to be at the Sandos resort.
Flight
DATES AND LENGTH OF TRIP: The couple will arrive Friday, February 27th and check out on Friday March 6th. You can arrive and depart when it's convenient for you. *Note: there will be a welcome event on the evening of Sunday, March 1st FLIGHT INFORMATION: Be sure the airline you choose flies into CUN airport. Bella and Chance are flying with American Airlines.

This link is for FREE round trip airport shuttle service when you book 7 nights or more at the Sandos Playacar Resort. The transportation will pick you up from the airport upon arrival and take you back to the airport for your departure. Follow the instructions in the link to redeem this perk.

If you are staying for less than 7 nights, you can book shuttle services through Canada Transfers. We highly recommend booking a shuttle service for you and your family because it makes the process of getting to the hotel much simpler. Otherwise, Taxi and Uber are an option.
