Shuttle Notes for Montrose Guests: - Montrose Shuttle will depart the Holiday Inn Express at 4:30pm. It will make a stop at the Fairfield Inn & Suites at about 4:40pm and continue to the venue, arriving by 5pm. - If there is demand for an early return, one early bird shuttle will depart for Montrose at 9pm. All remaining shuttles and guests will depart at 11pm at event end.
Travel Note
Driving Guests: - There is plenty of parking onsite. Note there is a mild dirt road and some twists and turns, so please drive with caution!

Ouray Ceremony Guests: - Ouray Shuttle 1 with Bridal Party, Immediate Family, and anyone else that fits will depart St. Daniel’s Catholic Church at about 4pm. - Ouray Shuttle 2 for any remaining guests will depart St. Daniel’s Catholic Church at roughly 4:10/15pm. - The Ouray Shuttle will depart at 11pm at event end, making a stop at St. Daniel’s Catholic Church and The Western. Note that there is a limit of 80 seats for the Ouray shuttle.

The Holiday Inn Express is newly renovated in Montrose. To book your reservation, please call the local Front Desk and let them know that you're calling to make a reservation through the Aly/Tom Wedding block. We have a discounted group rate of $260 per night, for single and double rooms from June 16th - June 19th. Travel Note
The Grand Junction Regional Airport and Montrose Regional Airports both fly commercial airlines and have rental cars available onsite. You can often find more affordable flights into GJ, but account for an added rental car and drive time of about an hour and a half. If you plan to stay at the Holiday Inn, they have a free shuttle from Montrose Regional Airport.
