Please send your RSVP as soon as you can! The latest we can accept your response is July 1st, 2024. If we do not receive a response by this date, it will be marked as "No." We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we must promptly provide the total guest count to the venue and cannot accept late RSVPs. We hope you understand.
We have addressed the invitation to the people we would love to come. If you are a long-term couple, both names will be listed on the email to this invitation as we will expect you to arrive as a pair! For all other guests, your email to this invitation will indicate whether or not you have a plus one. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited as detailed in the email leading you to this website.
If you received this invitation as a couple, we will be expecting just you and your partner. If you have been informed via email that you may bring a guest, your guest must be 19+ and we will require their first and last name. The only children that will be present at the wedding will be children of the wedding party who were directly invited.
We will have a cash bar so please remember to bring cash! All alcoholic beverages will cost $5 per drink (no shots, no doubles).
The dress code is formal attire, fall colours. The official wedding colours are burnt orange & forest green, which will be displayed by the wedding party. Please refrain from wearing colours reserved for the bride such as white, ivory, and cream. Please dress to your temperature preference while keeping in mind that the wedding and reception will be indoors and the conservatory can be quite warm.
We recommend that you arrive around 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. This will give you a chance to find your seat and settle in before the excitement begins.
If you wish to honor us with a gift, a cash gift would be greatly appreciated to support our honeymoon fund.
If you have dietary needs/restrictions or food allergies, please inform us ASAP so we can inform the chefs to make a special accommodation for your dinner. The menu will not be catering to any dietary needs or providing substitutions unless otherwise specified ahead of time - so please let us know, no later than July 1, 2024.
We spent our time picking our favourite songs to share with our favourite people. Song requests will not be permitted as we have a specially curated playlist for our guests to dance the night away.
