We met in 10th grade English at Meadowdale High School and shared an interest in language, writing and competing for the best essay in the class. English class brought us back together our senior year, where Aly convinced Grant to the Homecoming dance with a powerpoint presentation and muffins. Little did we know, this was the start to building a life together. Two cats, a pandemic and eleven years later, we are finally ready to come home as husband and wife.
