We invite you to kick off the wedding weekend with us with an optional gathering. Feel free to drop in whenever you please for a quick toast or to stay and mingle. We'll have light bites and a cash bar. Kiddos are welcome!
3:30 pm
Please arrive at the Stanford Park Hotel at 3:30 pm to catch the shuttles to The Mountain Terrace. The shuttles will be departing at 3:45 pm sharp. Shuttle service will also be provided from the venue back to Palo Alto. There will be an early shuttle departing The Mountain Terrace at 8:00 pm, dropping off at the Stanford Park Hotel. The main shuttle pick up will be at 9:30 pm, dropping off at The Patio @ Rudy's for the after party, followed by a stop at the Stanford Park Hotel. If you are driving, please check your inbox for driving instructions. When you arrive at The Mountain Terrace, parking attendants will be outside to usher you to a parking spot. Please note, venue access will begin right at 4:30. Because the venue is in a more secluded area, Ubers and Lyfts can be difficult to hail. We highly recommend either taking the shuttle or driving directly to the ceremony for a smooth trip.
4:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Attire: Cocktail. We suggest bringing a shawl, pashmina, or coat as the temperature can be quite crisp when the sun goes down in Woodside. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on the grass, so please keep this in mind for footwear choices.
While we love all the children in our lives, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We have limited our youngest guests to immediate family only. We hope you understand and can still join us for a night of celebration and dancing!

If you would like to keep the party going after the event, we will have a shuttle to The Patio for continued merriment.
12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

We’ll be hanging out at the historic Alpine Inn on Saturday afternoon and would love to see you! This is an optional and casual event—feel free to drop by for a quick hello or stay for the whole window. Kiddos are welcome!
