Yes! You can get an uber from mostly anywhere on the island but wait times will vary. Another option is to call Pegasus Car Service for a taxi. They will transport you, but please make sure to plan accordingly and call them 24 hours in advanced.

The weather on Hilton Head can vary averaging a low of 48 degrees fahrenheit and a high of 70 degrees fahrenheit.

Answer
The weather can very, but Aly has gone to Hilton Head each March for the last few years and it has been warm enough to swim! The resort has a pool and beach access so bring your bathing suit just in case!

Since the wedding event is 12+ will there be childcare to help with my children under the age of 12?
Answer
Yes! We have hired child care with a reputable company called Hilton Head Nannies. Their staff consists of registered nurses, teachers, professional nannies, and people who work in a variety of fields related to children. They are all CPR certified and have to go through extensive background checks in order to get hired. They follow state ratios and call each parent individually prior to drop off to gather information about your child and to make sure you feel comfortable!

If I am utilizing the child care that you organized where will I drop off and pick up my child? What time?
Answer
Drop off for children is March 22nd at 3:30pm and pick up is 12am. The children will be dropped off at 1 Roadrunner Lane Hilton Head Island, SC. It is within walking distance of the venue.

If I am utilizing the child care that you set up do I need to bring anything for my child?
Answer
Pack a diaper bag with diapers, wipes, and extra clothes if needed. If your child has a specific diet, allergies, or needs baby food please pack that. Otherwise - no. We will provide pizza and snacks for the children to eat. The nannies will prepare a set of activities and bring all of the supplies necessary for the children. The nannies will also bring pack and plays/cots for each child to lay in when it comes time to wind down!

Yes. The company requires you to fill out forms with information such as allergies, emergency contacts, and releases for who is allowed to pick them up. Once you RSVP "yes" and the number of children that you need childcare for, Aly will contact you and provide more information.
