Our Story

From First to Last

Connor and Stacy met Freshman year of high school and were a part of the same friend circle. They started dating soon after, realizing their similar taste in punk-pop-emo music and black apparel weren't the only things they had in common (this was also after Connor's tireless effort of getting Stacy to admit she indeed liked him too.) They remained partners until Senior year when they decided their chapter together had come to an end. Both went on to college in different states and after a couple of years of staying acquainted they lost contact (despite both their families bringing them up every chance they got.) Flash forward to what felt like a million years later (in reality, about 8) Stacy got a notification from Facebook that Connor decided to respond to an awkward "Happy Birthday" she sent him years prior, stating that he was incredibly bad at responding to messages. After some laughter and consulting the DM with both her friend committee and heart, she responded to the DM and, well, you know how this ends. Connor and Stacy 'talked' for a few months, and after both weighing each other's interest and if this was really happening, they decided to officially get back together in April 2021. Since then, they have fostered such a beautiful foundation that the 14-year-old versions of themselves would gawk at, shared many laughs, moved to a new state, and constantly asked each other if they were crazy while admiring their life together and how far they've come. They also took the vacation of a lifetime where Connor proposed to Stacy under the northern lights while sleeping in a bubble in an Icelandic forest in September 2022 (I mean, how could she have said anything other than YES!) From being each other's First Loves to their Lasts, it has been a beautiful journey that neither of them would change (OK, maybe not spending so many years apart would have been cool but who they both grew into during that time allowed them to get here... don't worry they're cringing at the gross personal development plug too.) They are beyond thrilled to share this moment with you all and thank each and every one of you for being a part of their story.
