Bear Ridge Destination, 1879 Pekin Hill Road, Clymer, NY 14724. Our ceremony will be held on the front lawn of the Estate, which is the home nearest to our reception venue: Cozy Bear Barn, the smaller of the two barns on the property.
There is a designated parking area behind Cozy Bear Barn, which will open at 3:00 p.m. for arriving guests.
Please arrive no later than 3:15 p.m. to park and make yourself comfortable at a seat on the lawn. The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 p.m.
Yes, this event is semi-formal: suits, gowns, and cocktail dresses. Ties are optional. Wear shoes you feel comfortable wearing on the lawn.
You are welcome to bring a beverage you prefer to enjoy at the event, though there will be some alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available.
There isn't designated transportation, so we ask you make arrangements ahead of time if you plan to consume alcohol at the event and are traveling off the property after.
This is an intimate event, so we thank you for not bringing a guest unless we specified one on your invitation.
We've limited children attending to our nieces and nephews; however, do not hesitate to let us know if your child needs to attend with you.
