Due to limited space at the venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally addressed on the wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!
We have decided to make our wedding an adults only event (18+) with the exception of the children in our wedding party. Although we love your little ones, we respectfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to limited seating. Consider this a date night on us!
ABSOLUTELY! The only request we make is to please have your phones off and put away during the CEREMONY. We have hired an incredible photographer to capture our ceremony and would love for you to be present when we say "I do." However, after the ceremony, please feel free to take pictures throughout the evening otherwise!
Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the venue. The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will take place inside of the venue. Please be prepared to be outdoors for the length of the ceremony as well as the cocktail hour.
We'd love to see all our friends and family dressed up for our big day! Dress code is cocktail attire.
We will be providing pre-packaged beers, seltzers, and wines, as well as sodas and waters. Please have a way to get home safely at the end of the night!
Please plan on arriving at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park, make the short walk to the ceremony site, and find a seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to enter.
Yes! While there is a good amount of parking on site, please consider utilizing Uber or carpooling with an individual who will be sober at the end of the night. We want all of our guests to arrive and leave safely!
Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late as our vendors and venue need exact headcounts by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, please to be sure to RSVP as soon as you are able to.
We were not able to secure a hotel block due to the city of Weston being a small place, but please feel free to check out hotels in the nearby cities of Platte City or Leavenworth!
