How We Met

We had fireworks..literally!

We first saw each other at the bank where A worked. I was waiting in line and we kept making eye contact. He tried to finish quickly with his client so that he could help me but I ended up going to the lady at the counter next to him. Fast forward to a couple of months later I find out that his best friend (who happens to be his best man) is someone I went to High School with a few years prior to this so we all meet at the beach where the fireworks were going to be. The first time we met and actually spoke face to face, neither of us could stop smiling, we were like little school kids who clearly had crushes on each other. He was cute, sweet, funny and just such a gentleman the whole evening. Fast forward a few years later after some breaking up and making up, we started seriously dating on January 20, 2017. He asked me to be his girlfriend on Signal Hill while overlooking the city of Cape Town by dangling a heart shaped necklace in front of me and as they say...the rest is history.

For all the days along the way
