This is one of Mexico's many designated "Pueblos Magicos" and one of a few on this list. You'll find free art galleries, the largest cantina in Mexico, and other shops. We've heard the corn is good here too!

Tequila
The land of Tequila. You may want to consider taking the Jose Cuervo train here for a tasting experience.
Chapala
The boardwalk views of Mexico's largest freshwater lake here are a great! Be sure to try the ice cream here.
Tonalá
This town is known for being a major handcraft center in Jalisco. It is particularly known for its pottery. There are boutiques, art galleries, and local shops to peruse; consider buying mementos here!
