Josh and Hannah met for the first time when he sold her textbooks their freshman year of college. Hannah made a lasting impression on Josh; not by her beauty or charm, no she made the impression by coming to the bookstore everyday for 5 consecutive days. She had unknowingly managed to order her books so that they came in piece by piece. She came in everyday a book was ready, like the eager student she was. Even though Josh secretly looked forward to seeing her each time, he never failed to mention she could’ve placed one order. After all books were picked up, they’d run into each other in the library. Instead of studying, they talked to each other and found how easy it was talking. They would listen to his newest favorite songs. Hannah was convinced every song she was shown was Josh professing his love; but, it was not. After several meetings, Hannah had enough of Josh not taking a hint. She uncharacteristically asked Josh for his phone number. Josh nonchalantly agreed but then went home and told his mom that HE got a girls number.
