Question
What is the Dress Code?
Answer
The Dress Code is Semi-Formal (no jeans, khakis, or polo). Gentlemen please where a blazer if you can but if you cannot a nice button down. Please DO NOT wear all white, as we are reserving that for the bride and groom.
Question
Is the Ceremony or Reception indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be held indoors. Guest will have the opportunity to be outside during cocktail hour but the majority of the event will take place inside.
Question
What time should I arrive?
Answer
We ask guest to promptly arrive no later than 15 minutes before the wedding begins. If you arrive after the ceremony has started you will not be allowed to enter until after the ceremony is finished.

Are there set hotels where the wedding has rooms blocked off?
Answer
There are not set hotels with blocked rooms. If you are planning on attending it is imperative that you book a hotel as soon as you can as rooms can be scarce. Please go to the travel information tab to look at hotels in the area that Alvin & Rebekah have listed for you to book with.

Are you accepting gifts not on the registry?
Answer
While we will not turn away any gift given, we do ask that you stick to the registry as these are things that we have both decided as things that we need.

Are electronics permitted at the wedding?
Answer
We understand emergencies may happen so it is okay to have your phone on you. However we request that no photos are taken during the ceremony as we have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture this moment. The last thing we want is a cell phone in the camera shot. Please be respectful of our unplugged request. Thank you.

Is there an open bar?
Answer
There is a limited open bar. Meaning drinks are still free but there is a menu that will be provided at the bar for you to order from. The bartenders will be sticking to this menu throughout the reception. During cocktail hour only beer and wine will be served.
