We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off if possible! Talk to us about your plan!

CAN I BRING A DATE?

We're excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest but due to limited seating we cannot accommodate guests unless stated "and guest" on the invitation.

WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

WHAT WOULD WE DO IN BETWEEN CEREMONY AND RECEPTION (2-3 HRS)?

The bridal party will be out for a photoshoot during this time. You can head back to your accommodations for a short nap or take a short tour of Canmore downtown!

WEDDING GIFT

Answer

Our wedding wouldn't be the same without your presence. However, when it comes to presents, please be aware that we would appreciate a donation towards our honeymoon fund in place of wedding gifts!

The Malcolm Hotel COVID-19 Guideline 2021

Answer

Masks are not mandatory outside at our ceremony sites (Edinburgh Patio), but we highly recommend wearing masks when unable to social distance. The Edinburgh Castle Room (our reception space) is considered a private function space, though it is not mandatory to wear masks we recommend the use of masks. Masks are mandatory for all guests heading through any foodservice lines - cake, alcohol, etc. All dinner tables will be set up 6 ft apart. Sanitization stations are set in all entry points of the reception hall and out public food, beverage outlet, and walk-up bar services.
