What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 p.m., so please plan to arrive by 4:15 p.m. to ensure you don’t miss a moment!

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Meadow Wood. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m., followed by the reception at the same location. We’re excited to celebrate with you all in one beautiful place!

Is there a dress code?

Yes, we kindly ask guests to dress Formal. We want everyone to feel comfortable and stylish while celebrating with us! If you’re unsure what that means, think suits for men and elegant cocktail dresses or floor-length gowns for women.

What weather should we expect?

Answer

The wedding is taking place in New Jersey at the end of June, so you can expect warm summer weather—typically sunny with temperatures ranging from the mid-70s to mid-80s°F (around 24-29°C). It’s a good idea to dress comfortably for warm weather and bring along sunglasses or a light jacket just in case. We’ll have plenty of shade and refreshments to keep everyone comfortable throughout the day!

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you received a plus-one, it will be indicated there. Thank you for understanding!

While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration. Only the children specifically listed on your invitation are invited. We hope this will be a fun night out for you to relax and enjoy — thank you so much for understanding!

Yes, parking is available at the venue for all guests. There is ample on-site parking as well as valet service to make your arrival as easy as possible. Parking areas will be clearly marked when you arrive, and if you need any assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present and our professional photographer can capture the best moments. We’ll be sure to share plenty of beautiful photos afterward for you to enjoy!

We’ll miss you if you can’t make it, but we completely understand! Please let us know as soon as possible by RSVPing online so we can plan accordingly, or please reach out to us privately to let us know.
