We're getting married!

It all began in February of 2021, when two kids—just 14 and 15—met in the most unexpected way: playing an online VR game. Not long after, Alvin asked for Ally’s social media, and what started as casual conversations quickly turned into something more. Day by day, they grew closer—calling, texting, and becoming best friends from miles apart. On June 12, 2021, Alvin took a leap of faith and asked Ally to be his girlfriend. From that moment on, their love story became one of distance, patience, and commitment. For nearly a year and a half, they loved each other through screens, until December 2022, when Ally finally traveled to Pennsylvania to meet Alvin in person for the very first time. From then on, their relationship was marked by countless trips, thousands of miles traveled, and many bittersweet hellos and goodbyes. But in August of 2024, Ally made a brave decision to close the distance, moving to Pennsylvania for her first year of college. For nine unforgettable months, Ally and Alvin finally got to live side by side—creating everyday memories they had waited years for. Then came another leap of faith. On June 10, 2025, Alvin left for Marine Corps boot camp, answering a calling bigger than himself. Ally returned home to Texas, and once again, their love became long-distance—this time as a military couple. Three months later, on September 5, 2025, Alvin proudly graduated as a United States Marine, and the two were reunited, stronger than ever. On December 27, 2025, Alvin chose forever. He asked Ally to marry him, sealing a love that had already endured years of distance, growth, and sacrifice. After more than four years filled with unforgettable moments, challenges, and unwavering love, their greatest chapter is still ahead. On June 12, 2027, they’ll finally say, “I do.”
