When should I submit my RSVP by?

Please RSVP by February 9th so that we may save you a spot on the dance floor!
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 4:15. You may take your seats as early as 4 o’clock. Also, guests will have access to the entirety of the Botanic Gardens for the day of the wedding. Mention you are here for the Nickell-Aguilar wedding, and enjoy the greenery!

How do I get to the Moon Viewing Deck?
Answer
Walking Directions: From parking Lot D please follow the only existing road to the entrance of the Japanese Garden (3–5-minute walk). Once in the Japanese Garden follow the left-most pathway past the gift shop and along the fence line. You will pass the Mikoshi Deck will be located to your right with the waterfall feature. Follow the wooden boardwalk to the Pavilion. From the Pavilion, guests will take the steps or ADA ramp down to the bottom of the Pavilion towards the restroom. The Moon Viewing Deck is located just past the restrooms.

Can I bring a date?

We are so excited to celebrate with you and the rest of our loved ones! To help us keep everything organized and ensure we have enough space, we kindly ask that only those listed in the RSVPs attend.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
For this springtime celebration, we kindly request that guests wear semi-formal attire (less formal than Black Tie but still elegant). For ladies, this could include long, midi, or knee-length dresses, cocktail dresses, or elegant dressy separates. Gentlemen may choose a suit or dress pants with a blazer. We’re excited to see everyone looking their best as we create beautiful memories together!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Parking for the ceremony will be in the Botanic Garden Weekend Parking Lot by the West Entrance. Address is: 3408 West Fwy Fort Worth, TX 76107 United States It is the second right turn off of the access road before you make it to the Montgomery Street Antique Mall. There will be a security officer stationed in the parking lot with your cars for the duration of the event. Follow the signs to the ceremony on the Moon Viewing Deck!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Unfortunately, transportation is not arranged with hotels in the area. Please refer to the question above for parking details.
