Seating for the ceremony, reception, and dinner have been reserved for guests ages 4 and up. Unfortunately, OSF does not provide highchairs. Please contact me if you have any concerns or questions.
The OSF staff does enforce masks for their staff, but the guests are not required to wear a mask/face covering. We will have complementary masks for guests who would like to wear one.
Parents of little ones, we kindly ask that you step out with your child/children if they are cranky during the ceremony, first dance, etc. Also, during the event please be mindful and stay with your little one so there aren't any accidents and no one gets hurt. We want everyone to have a great time and be safe. Thank you for understanding.
Children ages 4-10 will have a child dinner plate. For our guests who do not eat meat, we will provide a vegetarian option for you. Please confirm with your RSVP how many meatless or children plates you will need.
The ceremony and reception will both take place at The OSF. Unfortunately, the ceremony will take place on the 2nd floor and is accessible only by stairway. NO stroller or wheelchair access for the ceremony. However, the reception following the ceremony will be on the 1st floor. However, we ask that strollers are kept away from the dancefloor.
