By Car

We recommend driving from Denver to Crested Butte via 285 and over Cottonwood Pass for the most scenic route. We drive this every year and even stop along the way for fly fishing and lots of photos! This drive is about 3.5 hours from Denver directly. Alternatively, you can take the route through Aspen for another beautiful drive. We understand that many of our friends and family are flying in and heading up into the mountains to celebrate with us. If you do fly in and need a rental car please reach out to Kekahu or Rebekah and we'll try to get a "buddy system" going for people coming in around the same day or time. By Air

You can also fly into Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport (GUC), which is the closest airport to Crested Butte. This is about a 40-minute drive. There is a bus that runs from GUC to the town of Crested Butte directly.

Getting Around

There are free shuttles running around town and to the resort until 11 PM every night. Shuttle stops are conveniently located throughout Crested Butte. There are also local late night uber services that run until 2:30 am- For more information on shuttle stops and the Ride share app please refer to our FAQ section.
