TRANSPORTATION The trip from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) to Zoëtry Casa Del Mar is approximately 30 minutes. For your arrival into Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), group transfers will be organized based on guests arriving on the exact same flight. For your departure out of Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), group transfers will be organized based on guests departing on flights at similar times. All roundtrip airport transportation has been confirmed for our guests. You should have received an arrival transportation confirmation. Departure transportation confirmation from our Wedding Planner, Sheri. Transportation is $55.00 per person, per way. This amount will be charged in full, for your party, to your card on file. The cost for transportation is non-refundable or transferable. Gratuities are at your discretion, given to the driver directly. USD is fine to use in Mexico! Zoëtry Casa Del Mar Los Cabos
OUR ROOM BLOCK We have reserved a block of rooms for our wedding weekend at Zoetry Casa Del Mar, an all-inclusive resort. A preferential nightly room rate has been prearranged for our guests. Our wedding weekend technically begins with arrival Thursday, October 10 and departure Sunday, October 13; a minimum of three-night stay is required. However, if you wish to extend your stay, the same preferred rates will apply three days prior, and three days post our wedding weekend; subject to availability. ROOM RATES October 10, 3 nights King / Doubles Room, $630.00* per night (based on double occupancy) King Room, $585.00* per night (based on single occupancy) *Room types can be requested, subject to availability. *An additional charge will apply for request of third guest. *These rates include all taxes, service, & Endless Privileges inclusions (all-inclusive food and beverage). TERMS Deposit: 1st night stay due at time of booking Final Payment: Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival Cancellation: From time of booking to April 30, 2024, a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply. From May 1, 2024 and thereafter, a $50.00 cancellation fee PLUS full payment applies. BOOKING All reservations must be made through our Wedding Planner, Sheri. Reservations cannot be made directly with the hotel. ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE ON OR BEFORE JUNE 1, 2024.
