Our Story
Michael and Kaitlyn have quite the kismet story. Michael and Kaitlyn's moms both attended Andrew HS, and later in life, both families were in bible study together when M&K were very young. (Michael says he remembers Kaitlyn, but K doesn't remember M...eww, cooties). Decades later when they were both adults, they re-met during an online bible study. Kaitlyn mentioned to her mom that she had a cute boy in her study, and once she mentioned Michael's name, her mom reminded Kaitlyn of the connection from when she was a kid. Then the Match Making Mommas started to set up their two middle children. Kaitlyn and Michael started messaging outside of their bible study, and M finally made a move once the study was over since he "couldn't date his leader" (although, he did ask her to hang out but refused to call them dates). Throughout the years, it has been so amazing to see how intertwined Michael and Kaitlyn's stories have been, and how life has brought them back together time and time again.
